Great customer service here. They give honest estimates in a timely fashion and are always courteous to me. The waiting area is clean and doesn't have a TV blaring on some ridiculous talk show! They even provide little snacks. We take our vehicles to Dick's Automotive because they are honest and do good work. We also like to support local businesses whenever possible. - Rebecca K.
